Richard C. Steen, Pilot - Owner of FLPD LLC, acquired his Remote Pilots License in February 2017 & recurrent in 2019, 2021, 2023 & 2025 . FLPD LLC is registered with the AOPA (Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association) PPA & TPPA (Texas & National Professional Photographers Association(s) - is fully insured and can designate client as additional insured, on the spot, for $ 1M up to $10M for each flight.
